It doesn't mean you love each other less

People please, for the love of pete, just break hands when walking through the 3M's. To the guy: Dude, don't subject your poor short girlfriend to standing on her tiptoes just to hold your hand over the 3M. To the girl: Don't think that somehow he likes you less now and is gonna go after your best friend just because he wasn't holding your hand 24/7. And to both of you: It just looks stupid.

(Now watch I bet I'll become one of those people and be forced to eat my words...the irony)

Amen, my brother, Amen. This is one of my pet peeves here at the library. I even mocked it in the Daily Universe last year. When will they learn?
